Healing with Oriental Medicine.

You’re probably here because you know there has to be more.

Maybe you’re looking for a different answer, a better way forward, a new perspective, or simply someone who’s willing to look a little deeper.

That’s pretty much where all of my work begins.

Doctor of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine

Hi, I’m Dr. Sophia, I look at things differently.

I ask a lot of questions, connect a lot of dots, and rarely believe the first answer is the only answer.

My job? Share what I know, help you see what else is possible, and give you more options for what comes next.

Because the more you know, the more choices you have. That’s pretty much where all of my work begins.

A little about the human behind the doctorate…

The doctorate is real.
So is the chaos.

I’m a mom of three, serial idea-haver, professional over thinker, and the friend who somehow has a person for everything. I’ve lived a few different lives, changed directions more than once, and learned that some of the best decisions make absolutely no sense on paper at first.

I love good food, good music, wildly ambitious ideas, people who tell the truth, and conversations that accidentally last three hours.

Basically, I contain multitudes. And probably snacks.

My path here was anything but linear.

I think that’s kind of the point.

My life, education, career, and businesses have changed direction more than once. Somewhere along the way, I stopped needing the next step to make perfect sense before I took it. Sometimes you learn enough to make the decision. Sometimes you walk into a Chinese medicine school, think “Oh yeahhh,, this feels right,” and enroll that day.

That’s shaped how I work now. I don’t assume the answer sitting in front of you is the only one available. I help you learn more, see more, and explore what else might be possible.

Then decide for yourself what comes next.

Doctor of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Licensed Acupuncturist. Licensed Massage Therapist. Educator. Business owner. Consultant.

But credentials are only part of it. I’ve spent years working directly with people—treating, teaching, building, experimenting, problem-solving, and learning what actually works outside of a textbook.

Education gave me the foundation. Experience taught me what to do with it.

So, what do I actually do?

A little bit of a lot—but it all comes back to helping people know more, see more, and have more options.

I work across healthcare, education, wellness business consulting, courses, and speaking. Different rooms, different problems, same approach: look deeper and connect the dots.

I figure out what makes sense for the actual human in front of me.

I know things. Professionally

I’m not here to hand you another box to fit into.

I’ll give you what I know, tell you what I don’t, ask better questions, and help you explore the options in between.

You keep the authority over what you do with it.

Because I don’t want you needing me forever. I want you knowing enough to trust yourself.

I can’t promise you exactly where we’ll end up.

I can promise you’ll leave knowing more than you did when you came in.

And sometimes, knowing one more thing changes everything.

Okay, enough about me.

What are you here for?

Whether you want to feel better, build something, learn something, or bring me into a room to teach or speak, there’s probably a way we can work together.

Come curious. Let’s see where it goes.

Let’s work together
